Nocoj se je na Čevici spet odvil vsakoletni Večer pri vodnjaku, tokrat že 24. Številni obiskovalci, prijeten ambient, topel večer in ... veliko petja.
Tonight, a 24th traditional 'Evening by the Well' took its place again at Cevica (Chevytsa, a part of Logatec). Great number of visitors, nice ambient, a warm evening and... lots of singing.

Ob bližajoči se 130. obletnici gasilskega društva Dolnji Logatec so gasilci predstavili knjigo, ki prikazuje delo društva v zadnjih 30 letih, vsebinsko pa seže vse tja na začetek prejšnjega stoletja. Pri snovanju knjige (ima 104 strani, trde platnice) sem, seveda s fotoaparatom, sodeloval tudi sam.

At the upcoming 130th Anniversary of Lower Logatec Volunteer Fire Department the firefighters released a book, showcasing Department's work in the last three decades and it goes even further back, all the way to the beginning of the previous Century. I also participated in the making of this book (104 pages, hardcover), of course with my camera.

Dajmo vsi skupaj en aplavz za tistega, ki je odločil, da prvih deset metrov "prenovljene" Rovtarske ulice nima niti robnika, kaj šele pločnika.
Je pa res, da kombinacija še povsem svežega asfalta in zmesi peska ter zemlje tvori prav zanimiv vzorec ...

It is true, though, that the combination of still fresh asphalt and a mixture of sand and dirt, makes a pretty interesting texture...
